We work on American and European makes, 1995 and newer. That includes diesel trucks like Duramax, Powerstroke, and Cummins, European brands like BMW, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz, and gas and hybrid vehicles across both categories.

Q: Do you specialize in diesel?

Yes. Diesel is our primary specialty. Jeremiah has spent 20 years working on diesel engines and understands the fuel systems, emissions components, and diagnostic codes that come with them. We work on both American and European diesel platforms.

Q: How do I know what my repair will cost before you start?

We diagnose the problem first, then give you a full explanation of what we found and what it will cost to fix. No work gets started until you approve it. There are no surprise charges when you come to pick up your vehicle.

Q: What warranty do you offer on repairs?

We back all of our repair work with a 2-year/24-month warranty. If something we fixed gives you trouble, bring it back.

Q: What are your hours and where are you located?

We're open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and closed on weekends. You'll find us at 2001 Biddle Road in Medford, Oregon, on the south side of town off the main commercial corridor.
